Other than as described in this Return Policy, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges of products shipped to your address within 14 days from the date of delivery, depending on the item. Please check the product details page for the specific return policy applicable to your purchase.
To be eligible for return, you must have the products ready for return or exchange in hand and merchandise must be in its original unworn condition and accompanied by all original packaging and documentation (including certification, if certified). Returns must also include the original invoice and any grading reports it came with. Any returns showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.
Returns are inspected within 7 business days of receipt, with refunds issued within 7 business days of approval, completing the process within 12 business days.
Products that are market as final sale cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged after purchase.
Shipping and handling fees, if any, are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping on all returns. No exceptions.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or e-mail us at support@ringlegacy.com. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 1 business days of receipt of your order. RingLegacy is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
Restocking Fee
We offer near-cost pricing, and to prevent abuse of our return policy, all diamonds priced under $2,500 are subject to a $50 restocking fee, which will be automatically deducted from your refund.
Returns and Exchanges
• Domestic Returns and Exchanges. To initiate a return or exchange please e-mail us at support@ringlegacy.com
• International Returns. To initiate a return from outside of the United States, please e-mail us at support@ringlegacy.com. Additional shipping charges and customs clearance charges, taxes or duties may be incurred for returns originating outside of the United States. RingLegacy is not responsible for delays caused as a result of the customs process.
Return Terms and Conditions
- Packages without a return Merchandise authorization number (RMA #) will not be accepted for returns. An RMA # will be provided via email after initiating a return at support@ringlegacy.com
- Once an item is altered from its original design, which includes any sizing or engraving (excluding wedding and engagement rings), is then considered a custom order. Custom Orders cannot be returned or exchanged, all sales are final.
- International customers will have to purchase their own return shipping label with insurance.
- If your purchase included a grading report/certificate, please be sure to return that. If a certificate is not returned or returned damaged, there will be a charge of $100 in order to replace the grading report.
